This section consist of General Rules and Regulations.

House Rules
Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. Common cooking space is available.
Quiet hours must be observed after 10 pm, with study lamps and headphones used for late-night activities.
Smoking, alcohol, and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
Outside Visitors are not allowed. However, incase of blood relatives (direct female members) are allow with prior permission from BLPGA and must be informed via email 24 hours in advance.
Temporary Residential Address
The BLPGA address can only be used temporarily upon formal request via email and with approval from management.
Health and Safety
Any chronic medical conditions or regular medication usage must be disclosed during admission.
The combination lock on the main gate must be secured to prevent unauthorised entry.
BLPGA will not be held responsible for any events such as drug misuse, self-harm, intoxication, or natural disasters.
Conduct and Cleanliness
A respectful and conducive living environment must be maintained.
Hygiene and cleanliness must be observed, and waste should be disposed of in designated areas.
Temporary Leave
Temporary leave must be communicated in advance via email or SMS, specifying the departure and return times and the reason for leave.
Rent will continue during the leave period, and rooms must be secured before departure.
Utility Usage and Security
Water and electricity must be used responsibly.
Rooms and valuables must be secured when the resident is absent from the premises.
Late Payment Penalties
A fine of Rs. 50 per day will be charged for late payments after the 5th of the month.
Modifications and Damages
No modifications or damages to the property are allowed without prior approval.
Any damages will result in fines.
Annual Rent Increment
A rent increase of 5-10% will be applied every August, based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Waiver of Property Rights
Residents will not have any ownership rights or claims over the BLPGA property.
Termination of Stay
BLPGA reserves the right to terminate a resident’s stay with one month's prior notice for reasons such as construction, violation of rules & regulations or other issues not explicitly mentioned.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the resident and BLPGA must be resolved through mutual discussion.
Legal action by either party is waived for incidents arising during the stay.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Confidential information related to BLPGA must not be disclosed to third parties.
Attendance System
Entry and exit times must be recorded in the register book at the entry gate, with accurate and complete details provided (optional).
Special approval from the guardian must be obtained for entry or exit before 6 am or after 9 pm.
Media Consent
Consent is granted to use photos and videos of residents, taken during meetings, gatherings, celebrations, or other events, on BLPGA's social media for promotional purposes.
